Client Profile:

Industry: Office Furniture sales and relocation services
Company Size: < 200
Location: Irving TX - Onsite Fulltime

What Youll Do

As a Staff Accountant youll be actively involved in full cycle accounting supporting month end close

Key responsibilities include:

Accounts receivable coordination
Credit card account reconciliations
Journal entry preparation
Assisting with financial statement preparation
Supporting month-end close activities

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred
Minimum 2 years of general ledger experience (journal entries account reconciliations etc.)
Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred; experience with Great Plains or other accounting software is a plus

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and communication
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with experience across varied applications
