What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Lead and allocate people technology and financial resources to achieve business goals.
- Actively share knowledge across multiple functions and contribute to the development of knowledge management processes.
- Champion and implement innovative ideas taking calculated risks to drive innovation.
- Develop solutions to highly complex problems and establish business priorities based on the Divisions strategy.
- Assess talent needs identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline and hold managers accountable for their management skills.
- Manage direct reports oversee compliance programs and spearhead process improvement projects to ensure alignment with division goals.
- Define and implement strategies to achieve results continuously improve operational performance and ensure colleague training programs support cGMP requirements.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- BA/BS with 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMP requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Masters degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in leading regulatory and customer audits
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior management decisions
- Experience in knowledge management and sharing practices
- Ability to assess and develop talent within the organization

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135100.00 to $225100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
