Job Description

Our client in the ERP AI cloud and data management solutions for manufacturing distribution retail and building supply industries is seeking a Finance Support Associate responsible for receiving logging and assigning all customer billing inquiries while delivering excellent and prompt customer service. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency within the companys quote-to-cash process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing billing inquiry requests from internal and external customers.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers email resolving the issue or managing specific tasks within the quote-to-cash business process.
  • Requests are logged in the CRM system escalating or resolving critical issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain customer addresses names and contact records in the customer data bases.
  • Manage individually assigned work queue in CRM system.
  • Process returned mail and emails contacting the customer for updated information.
  • Support inquiries related to (but not limited to):
    • Account reactivation/deactivation
    • Data correction and billing treatment issues
    • Explanation of bill and invoice discrepancies
    • Ship-to/Bill-to updates
    • Missing invoices and copy requests
    • Account statements and contract copies
    • Cancellations and LSDA follow-ups

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
  • 4 years of experience in billing/invoicing customer service or finance support.
  • Software Expertise with the following:
    • Salesforce
    • ServiceNow
    • Microsoft Office
  • VERY strong customer service skills
  • Advanced problem solving skills
  • Billing/invoicing expertise
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and diligent task execution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
