Were looking for an enthusiastic and visionary Refugee Health Clinic Supervisor to take the reins of our vital Refugee Medical Program. Reporting to the Regional Manager you wont just manage this programyoull own its success and shape its future.
As the WOC Refugee Health Clinic Supervisor you will:
Strategic Program Management and Oversight: Direct the overall Refugee Medical Program by establishing policies priorities resource allocation and procedures; ensuring regulatory compliance; anticipating organizational needs; and monitoring staff performance to achieve set goals.
Team Leadership and Development: Provide direct supervision assign and evaluate work and serve as a role model by exhibiting organizational values (e.g. person-centered culturally relevant services quality safety). This includes building trust influencing teams and managing complex issues with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Business Acumen and Operational Excellence: Drive organizational objectives by maximizing clinic efficiency collecting and analyzing operational data and developing expertise in areas such as financial management HR risk management and quality improvement.
Operational and Financial Performance Management: Lead the day-to-day evaluation and optimization of all program operations including workflow inventory facility layout and the entire clinic-level revenue cycle (payment processing billing disputes write-offs). This involves performing audits analyzing data and researching new technologies and lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting and Cross-Functional Partnership: Prepare required regular and financial reports (including SSRS reports) manage work queues and actively partner with ICS Finance and Business Management staff to ensure best practices in billing collections contracting and purchasing while also supervising the deposit clerk function.
Comprehensive Staff Management and Development: Direct the entire employee lifecycle including hiring defining clear job roles scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing. This encompasses providing daily supervision coaching and training to ensure staff operate at the top of their license achieve high performance and receive timely annual evaluations.
Stakeholder Engagement Advocacy and Compliance: Act as the primary representative for the Refugee Program by participating in committees providing expert consultation to external agencies and officials and advocating for clients to professional and citizen groups. This role requires maintaining deep knowledge of and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regulations and standards governing a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) including those set by HIPAA HRSA and the Joint Commission.
Quality Improvement and Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with clinical leadership to evaluate service quality using data reports and feedback from clients staff and community partners. This involves actively collecting and applying best practices in diversity and inclusion addressing satisfaction results and utilizing LEAN and performance improvement principles to resolve issues and build a collective problem-solving culture.

Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*:
Education/Training: Equivalent to a bachelors degree (In lieu of a degree we will consider relevant education and experience); AND
Experience: Three (3) to six (6) years of experience that demonstrates the abilities to perform the duties of the position.

Experience in an FQHC Environment
Experience with EPIC electronic health records processes
Experience leading and supervising teams
Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
