• 10 years of plumbing experience; journeyman or master certification preferred
• Prior supervisory experience leading teams and overseeing field operations
• Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
• A track record of enforcing safety standards and delivering high-quality work

What Youll Do

In this role youll be the backbone of our field operations:

• Supervise Quality Inspectors plumbers and subcontractors to ensure timely high-quality work
• Plan manpower needs assign tasks and coordinate with other trades
• Inspect installations for code compliance safety and workmanship
• Troubleshoot installation conflicts and keep projects running smoothly
• Enforce job site safety protocols for all employees and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate records of progress inspections and project adjustments

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential plumbing construction.

Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license.

Previous supervisory or lead experience overseeing plumbers and subcontractors.

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and inspection requirements.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and construction documents.

Proven ability to plan manpower assign tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills including troubleshooting plumbing issues and resolving jobsite conflicts.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written for interacting with teams contractors and clients.

Commitment to enforcing jobsite safety protocols and maintaining OSHA-compliant work environments.
