Job Summary
Job Duties
- Read and interpret work orders blueprints and part lists to determine required materials.
- Accurately pick count and kit parts for fabrication jobs.
- Stage kits in designated areas for production teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and updating records.
- Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with fabrication warehouse and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate kitting.
- Perform routine inspections of kits to ensure completeness and quality.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1 years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to read and understand technical documents and part drawings. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (e.g. ERP systems inventory software).
- Other: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to noise dust and varying temperatures.
- May require overtime or weekend work depending on production needs.
