Job Summary
Our Dealership is growing and we are seeking a full time motivated Parts Advisor/Parts Counter Person to enhance our Parts/Service team!
Local FORD Dealership is looking for a friendly smart and customer service-oriented individual for our Parts Counter. This is a reallygood place to work & grow for a candidate who is ambitious and eager to learn.
The Parts Advisor will interact with repair shops customers and technicians about their parts needs. Our Parts Department is very busy and we need a talented person to sell parts via phone email text and personal interaction.
Pay is based on experience etc.

Parts Advisor Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Order receive and bill all parts
- Maintain proper storage of parts
- Stock shelves
- Assist retail customers and technicians
- Answering phones
- Assisting with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
- Pick-up and delivery of parts
- Keep department and work area orderly neat and clean.
- Maintain a superior level of customer service.
- Other duties as directed by management.
