We are looking for a Strategy and Sales Operations Manager to act as an Individual Contributor for the Brazil External Fulfillment (EF) team to drive long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on data-driven self-starter with proven leadership experience who can help measure and optimize business operations while influencing strategic decision-making. This role will be crucial in developing business cadences evolving forecasting models and translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations in a rapidly growing environment. This is not a people manager role.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and scalable solutions. This is an individual contributor role that will report to Head of External Fulfilment Leader in BR.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
1. Lead annual EF goals recommendations budgeting and forecasting processes
2. Identify prioritize and execute growth opportunities for External Fulfillment channels
3. Drive the financial model to support growth strategies
4. Design and implement strategic change plans across the sales organization
5. Own selection strategy plan for EF
Analytics & Operations:
1. Develop and maintain forecasting models metrics and dashboards
2. Support Generative AI initiatives to unlock data-driven insights
3. Provide visibility to senior management on business operations and customer segment performance through metrics and dashboards
4. Create scalable solutions for new initiatives while maintaining customer focus
Cross-functional Leadership:
1. Build deep understanding of EF processes tools data and team dynamics
2. Drive sales organization readiness including selection planning and investment guidance
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incubate and implement new programs
4. Partner with BR 3P field sales teams on strategic initiatives
5. Identify operational gaps and lead high-impact improvement projects
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
- Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent
- English and Portuguese proficiency
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
