Position Overview
This is a project managementonly role no estimating required. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish ensuring all work is executed efficiently safely and to the highest standards of quality. Youll manage schedules budgets and client relationships while overseeing project teams to ensure successful delivery on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple drywall and steel stud framing projects simultaneously
- Lead project teams to ensure adherence to scope schedule and budget
- Communicate effectively with clients subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Drive project completion with a focus on safety quality and efficiency
- Support junior project managers and field teams through mentorship and leadership

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130000 $170000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in commercial construction preferably focused on drywall and steel stud framing
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proven success managing project schedules budgets and client expectations
- Detail-oriented proactive and capable of handling multiple complex projects
- A collaborative professional attitude and a desire to grow within a respected organization
