The Project Manager role supports a broad range of land development and public works initiatives drawing on experience in site civil design permitting and project delivery. The position benefits from strong stormwater and hydrologic/hydraulic expertise to support cross-discipline projects while remaining flexible in scope and not limited to stormwater-only practice. Occasional travel to client sites and regional offices may be required.

Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 510 years of relevant land development engineering experience in the following areas:
- Private-sector commercial residential and mixed-use land development
- Preparing engineering reports civil construction plans and permitting submittals
- Coordinating small to mid-sized design teams and managing client interactions
- Providing land development engineering services in Texas
- Supporting proposal preparation and fee development
- Stormwater analysis site drainage and civil design standards
- 3-6 years of project management experience
- Proficiency with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and common hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools
- Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Central Texas market experience particularly the San Antonio and Austin regions
- Familiarity with local and state permitting agencies and development regulations
- Experience with proposal writing and client-facing presentations
- Experience delivering private site development and public works projects including street drainage and utility design as stand-alone assignments or as part of multidisciplinary project teams
