As a Marketing Manager on the Integrated Marketing Large Hire Value & Adoption team youll play a hands-on role in leading and supporting global marketing initiatives that bring our value to life and accelerate product adoption with our this highly collaborative role partnering with teams like Product Marketing Scaled Solutions Customer Success Sales and Regional Marketing youll design and deliver marketing programs that keep customers informed about product launches help them get value from LinkedIns Talent solutions and drive measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a marketer who is audience- and outcome-driven skilled at storytelling and excited to translate product capabilities into campaigns that resonate with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver customer-facing marketing programs that highlight product value and help customers adopt key features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape messaging and deliver integrated programs that address customer needs and drive adoption
- Create engaging content that can be leveraged across marketing channels such as web paid media and email or serve as ready-to-use resources for Sales and Customer Succes.
- Manage projects to deliver within budget ensuring timelines are met and key stakeholders are involved.d
- Analyze performance share insights and learnings with leadership and partners to help improve future marketing programs
- Employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase content & campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing Communications Business Digital Media or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in marketing and/or business strategy

- Ability to successfully balance multiple competing priorities and manage complex workstreams with multiple stakeholders while consistently delivering results
- Ability to frame insights and communicate recommendations simply and effectively
- Ability to effectively engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives
- Ability to develop and position key product features benefits and value propositions in a clear and compelling way that can be leveraged across marketing channels such as web paid media and email or by our Sales and Customer Success teams to use in their conversations.
