B2B Sales Key Account Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a solid communication with our existing B2B customers; act as a consultant and a trusted partner for their energy needs;
- Seek and onboard new clients within the scope of business (healthy large enterprise businesses) and aim to offer customized solutions that fit their profile and requirements;
- Stay abreast of the energy market in order to maintain a solid understanding of current and future trends;
- Support B2B business strategic partners and network to help them achieve optimum qualitive and quantitative results based on our sales strategy and goals;
- Monitor via regular reporting and forecasts all crucial KPIs contributing to the alignment of all internal and external stakeholders and planning of next steps;
- Seek collect information and contribute to mapping the competitive landscape for those clients;
Requirements - Proven successful track record of at least two (2) years in a similar role with high volume B2B clients
- Working experience in the Energy Telecommunications Services or industrial sectors
- A degree in Mechanical Electrical Chemical Engineering; a Masters degree in a similar field of study (STEM) or in Business is a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Computer Skills with a focus on Excel for reporting reasons
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Ability to create strong relations with clients and co-workers based on trust and clarity
- Ability in negotiating with high volumes major B2B customers
- Strong organization skills multitasking and ability to work independently
- Self-drive and a strong results orientation
- Flexibility to travel in Greece
