We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team in Athens. This unique role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution driving sustainable growth for CSLs Immunology portfolio and making a real impact on patient outcomes.

The Role:

Develop and implement local marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
Translate brand strategies into effective tactical plans campaigns and promotional initiatives
Analyze market dynamics customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Market Access and other internal teams for aligned execution
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for the Immunology portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
Develop and execute account plans to maximize territory performance
Monitor sales performance forecast results and implement corrective actions when needed

Your Skills and Experience:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy Biology Biomedical Sciences Chemistry) or Business
5 years of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience ideally in immunology rare diseases or specialty care
Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and regulations
Proven success in achieving sales targets and executing marketing tactics
Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate for better patient outcomes
