Job Summary
- Analyze and map current processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements through both automation and process changes to enhance overall performance.
- Support the implementation of solutions across business units ensuring smooth rollouts proper adoption and alignment with business objectives.
- Enable stakeholders through clear communication and training ensuring they fully understand new processes apply them correctly and achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop dashboards and reports that surface key insights enabling teams to track progress and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications :
- You have at least 1 year of experience in management consulting or high-growth startup
- Strong analytical skills (SQL knowledge is mandatory) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions.
- You can work proactively and independently always looking for opportunities to take initiative and improve existing processes.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
