This position is to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.

• Provide Tier 1 technical support by directly responding and updating service requests as needed
• Support a wide range of desktop software including evaluation of the need for new solutions.
• Support a wide range of hardware such as Scanners Tablets Phones Printers VOIP devices etc.
• Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers in the organization at all locations
• Creating and assist with Maintaining records in AD SQL and other software
• Provisioning machines and replacing as needed while maintaining cord management.

Physical Demands

• Regularly sits at computer station.
• Must be able to lift push and pull a minimum of forty pounds with reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
• Typically stands bends stoops and crouches.
• Consistently exposed to animals in the workplace and animal allergens under conditions with limited alternatives available.
• Periodically drives a HSPPR Vehicle to perform duties

Schedule Requirements

Regular schedule will consist of five 8-hour days - will include at least one weekend day on a regular basis after training period

Education/Experience Necessary

• Associates degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year help desk experience preferred
• Technical certification is a plus
