We provide individualized bilingual culturally responsive services that help young learners build foundational skills in communication cognition behavior and social-emotional development. Our mission is to empower every child to reach their fullest potential in the least restrictive environment. Position OverviewWe are seeking passionate and dedicated Special Education Itinerant Teachers (SEIT) to join our growing team. As a SEIT you will work directly with preschool students in home school and community settings implementing individualized educational strategies and collaborating closely with families therapists and CPSE teams. ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 or small-group special education instruction aligned with each childs IEP children in developing cognitive language social-emotional and adaptive with parents caregivers and related service providers to generalize learning across detailed session notes progress reports and required DOE documentation in a timely in CPSE meetings team collaboration sessions and ongoing professional development. QualificationsNYS Initial or Professional Certification in Students with Disabilities (BirthGrade 2) or Special Education (Pre-K).Experience working with preschool-aged children with developmental delays or disabilities communication and collaboration candidates (Russian Urdu Spanish Georgian etc.) are strongly encouraged to apply.
