The Lead or Senior Ground Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Engineer

Rate is $175 - $195K.
Location :Seal Beach CA
Both positions can be supported out of either
facility so El Segundo or Seal Beach.
Requirements:
- 10 years SE experience
- 5 years leading projects
- BS in Scientific Technical or Engineering discipline
- Hardware and SW I&T experience more hardware experience is preferred
Position Responsibilities:
Leads system architecture design development integration and test verification
and validation certification and operations through modernization efforts.
Integrates and tests system design solutions across various Ground test
environments and operational facilities.
Defines and develops system test requirements regression testing test plans
procedures and schedules.
Leads and performs system execution analysis and preparation of test results to
support verification validation certification and transition.
Applies an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to plan design develop and
verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system
performance requirements integrate technical parameters and assure
compatibility of all physical functional and program interfaces.
Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
Performs analyses for affordability safety reliability maintainability testability
human systems integration survivability vulnerability susceptibility system
security regulatory certification product assurance and other specialties quality
factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
Develops maintains and identifies improvements for the planning organization
implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes tools
risk issues opportunity management and technology readiness assessment
processes.
Interfaces with cross-functional teams senior leadership and external customers.
