The Position: We are looking for a Primary Care Physician. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits package:
- $200000 - $210000 Depending on Experience
- Full benefits (health vision dental)
- 403B
- 16 Days of PTO Paid Holidays
- CME With Allowance
- $50000 Student loan repayment through the NHSC
- Relocation assistance available
- Sign-On Bonus Potential
Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) Family Physician
- Board Certification
- Current Licensure by the North Carolina Board of Registration in Medicine
- Certified in ACLS or CPR/AED
- New Graduates Welcome
Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Offers routine family-centered prenatal care through delivery with referral to OB partners for delivery; conducts postpartum follow-ups.
- Overseas and delivers clients womens health clinical services collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers.
- Performs basic primary care office procedures including womens health procedures such as colposcopy and LARC (IUD Nexplanon).
- Obtains health history and performs a physical exam to determine and execute a diagnosis and treatment plan in accordance with established standards procedures and practices. Requisitions lab tests and x-rays writes
- prescriptions and makes referrals as appropriate. Follows client clinical practice guidelines.
- Participate in the call schedule on a predetermined basis.
- Delegates patient care responsibilities that fall under the scope of practice of other Care Team members to those
- individuals (medical assistant patient educator registration representative behavioral health).
- Attend staff and medical provider meetings and maintain a level of involvement with the health center committees
- as needed to ensure quality patient care. Participates in peer/chart review performance evaluations and quality improvement efforts.
