As a Partnerships Director at Accor you will have the mission to build and lead a portfolio of global partners with ALL Accor loyalty program to grow ALL Accor awareness and generate significant revenue streams to Accor.
You will directly report to the VP Partnerships leading the EVERYDAY partnerships portfolio and the Business Operation team.
Your mission:
- Grow new business: You will proactively identify business opportunities & propose new partnerships initiatives in the Everyday vertical. Together with the VP Partnerships you will will build the future of ALL Accor partnerships ecosystem by providing ideas inspiration and method;
- Generate value: You will manage on a day-to-day basis existing global partners relationship. You will steer challenge influence to increase ALL Accor members usage of partner products & services and generate revenue for Accor. Support the overall management of high-profile and dynamic partnerships;
- Go to Market: You will bring global partnerships to life and master the end-to-end partnerships journey from storytelling value proposition business model user journey digital marketing/ analytics & governance management with highly regulated activities (financial institutions). Manage internal dependencies to ensure the team meets the Loyalty & Partnerships OKRs and delivers new projects on time ;
- Simplify: You will build and manage Global partner governance with Regional Partnerships Leads and internal stakeholders (loyaltypayment financelegalproduct& IT) to break silos & streamline operations;
- Coach: You will develop loyalty expertise across all business units (Region/ brands).
Qualifications :
And you
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience of partnership management (financial services or luxury) or consulting.
- Prior experience in product/ service Go-to-Market is a plus.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
- Masters degree in marketing business finance or relevant field of study.
- Mastering of loyalty program economics in a B2C environment.
- Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem
- Ability to craft impactful messaging that captures the attention of the C-Suite (CCO CMO COO etc.) and compels engagement with Partners
- Excel at cross-group collaboration creative thinking problem solving and have a bias for action
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure test learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
- Minimum 3 years in project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Willing to travel to meet with key stakeholders partners and attend events
