Reporting to the Group CHRO the Learning Director will support the transformation of the SQLI Group its strong ambitions for growth and sustainable performance and will help increase SQLIans impact for customers.
You will contribute directly to our baseline Elevate. Digitally.
You will be part of the HR Committee with 6 other Directors or Managers.
Your main missions will be:
- Define the learning strategy in strong collaboration with HR teams Technical Directors Service Line Managers and Countries/ Zones
- Promote a culture of learning at the pace of change
- Reskill and invest in future skills (or scarce/hot/specialised capabilities) and certifications - at scale and at the pace of change
- Transform our jobs in the era of generative AI
- Elevate engineers to consultants and to Trusted Advisors (not only tech experts)
- Boost industry expertise or functional expertise on selected use cases
- Support leadership and managerial skills development (Leadership Program)
- Deploy a content platform (Udemy) and monitor its adoption
- Foster best in class ways of working at SQLI
- Define and monitor an ambitious certification strategy
- Coordinate the internal trainerscommunity
- Respect budget guidelines. Produce and follow insightful KPIs
- Contribute to other HR/CSR transversal projects for the group
You will manage the learning team : 3 FTE today based in France and Morocco.
Regarding the SQLI ways of working you will support skills development regarding :
- GenAI adoption (main focus in the short term) for billable meployees and support functions
- Knowledge and assets sharing
- Digital sobriety and eco-design cf. ESG ambitions
- Tech communities (called Tech Society in SQLI)
- Nearshore (Morocco and Spain are the excellence centers of SQLI)
- Hybrid work
- Modern workplace adoption (cf. New apps & tools)
- Collaboration at scale at Group level
Regarding ESG you will contribute to skills development so ESG should be embedded in our consulting approach.
Our ESG strategy pillars are:
- Climate & environment (E) to define and reduce our carbon footprint

- Data protection & procurement (G)
Qualifications :
You have experiences in :
- leading a learning department
- Intercultural society
- change management
Your ability to communicate with different profiles including Tech Experts is your strenght.
What will be necessary for this job :
- IT industry knowledge
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation
- Ability to combine vision and hands-on experience
- Managerial skills
- Fluency in French and English
The job is based in our Headquarter in Levallois-Perret (or in a SQLI office) with regular visits to the geographies (and headquarter if you are not based in Levallois).
