Youll lead a passionate team streamline processes and collaborate with Sales and Service to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What Youll Be Doing
- Leading the Parts Department to deliver outstanding customer service and smooth day-to-day operations
- Driving parts interpretation sales and inventory coordination to meet customer needs efficiently
- Coaching and mentoring your team to build capability and foster a positive high-performing culture
- Collaborating with Sales and Service teams to create a seamless experience for customers
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and quality control including warranty and return claims
- Reviewing and improving department processes to boost efficiency and profitability
- Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements
What Youll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Parts Department operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and coach your team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with outstanding time management and prioritisation abilities
- Sound knowledge of parts operations and ability to interpret internal reports
