Job Summary
Joining our dedicated Reservations team our Full time Reservations/Groups Sales Agent will provide a luxury booking experience to our guests. Within this role you will:
- Responsible for assistance with managing group bookings of 10 rooms or more that do not require catering (with the exception of breakfast and group dinner booking).
- Preparation of group information sheets (group movements) and briefing of Hotel stakeholder prior to arrival of group.
- Manage group payments cancellations rooming lists terms and conditions.
- Maintains control of guest history and report to the Group Reservations Executive and Reservations Manager.
- Ensures a clear line of communication with other departments for special requests or other reservation-related matters.
- Assisting FIT Reservations team to ensure all reservations check lists are accurately actioned within the same working day
- Assisting FIT Reservations team to answer all calls promptly using hotel specific greetings
- Assisting FIT Reservations team to process and input FIT and corporate reservations following hotel policy.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hotel reservations preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems such as Opera and Opera Cloud are favourable
