Job Summary
Visa is looking for a strategic finance professional to join our Finance team. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the Global Data Office team to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. They will drive forecasting and budgeting processes for the Global Data Office and provide detailed monthly reports and analysis directly to Business Leaders. The position will involve delivering important insights to senior leaders and require expert-level analysis and insight skills to deliver clear and measurable impact to the business. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in financial and accounting preferably with a public company and demonstrated experience managing complex finance processes and experience engaging with business partners.
This is a hybrid position in office Tuesday-Thursday each week.

Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Thorough understanding of financial accounting and management reporting.
MBA/CPA preferred
Proactive strategic thinker
Strong analytical and project management skills
Superior problem solving skills with ability to communicate effectively with executive management
Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with other functional areas and understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to achieving superior results
Client focused with tenacity to resolve issues and conflicts
High energy and enthusiasm required to partner with multiple stakeholders
Able to work in a dual-reporting matrix environment
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124600.00 to 180650.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
