The Excalibur Group is currently seeking an ExecutiveAdministrative Assistant for a local contract in Washington DC.
** Will be subject to a background check prior to employment. **DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executivesmanaging complex calendars coordinating travel arrangements handling confidential information preparing reports and acting as a primary point of contact for C-suite top-level executive management positions.
- Prepare proofread and edit sensitive correspondence presentations and high-level reports.
- Plan and organize executive-level meetings board meetings and off-site events including agenda preparation materials distribution and note-taking/minutes.
- Liaise with internal departments stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education:Bachelors degree
- If you do not have a Bachelors degree the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Five (5) years of previous experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
