About The Role
The Client Success Consultant acts as a functional advisor to clients who are actively using the Fenergo platform in their day-to-day operations. The role focuses on understanding each clients processes challenges and system usage and translating these into clear requirements. Through workshops analysis and hands-on investigation the Client Success Consultantidentifiesopportunities toimprovefunctionalefficiency andsupport the adoption of new or underused product capabilities.
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) the Client Success Consultant engages with client stakeholders to understand theirobjectivesand ensurethatproposed enhancements align with both business needs and Fenergos product Success Consultantcontributes tothe functionalaspects of the engagementfacilitatingworkshops advising on design options documenting requirements andvalidatingsolution feasibility.
This is a hands-on consultative role that requires strong business analysis skills clear communication and confidence in guiding clients through complex functional and operational considerations. The Client Success Consultant may also perform configuration updates and works closely with SupportProductand Deliveryteamsto ensure cohesive high-quality outcomes.
The Client Success Consultant playsan important rolein helping clients continuously improve their use of the Fenergo platform. Byidentifyingenhancements advising on best practices and supporting feature adoption the Consultant helps clients achieve greater efficiency stronger compliance outcomes and sustained value from their implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand current-state processes pain points and system usage.
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into clear product-aligned functional recommendations.
- Review existing configurations and workflows toidentifyopportunities for optimisation increased automation and adoption of new features.
- Provide guidance on best practices and advise clients on how to maximise the value of the Fenergo platform.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including requirements functional analyses recommendations and solution outlines.
- Validate that proposed changes or enhancements arefeasiblewithin the product framework and align with clientobjectives.
- Perform configuration updateswithin the platformwhereappropriate orcoordinate with internal teams to deliver agreed changes.
- Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure functional recommendations are aligned to the broader client strategy.
- Collaborate with Support Product Engineering and Professional Services teams to troubleshoot issues and progress solution delivery.
- Stay informed on new product capabilities regulatory changes and industry best practices to support client advisory work.
RequirementsMust Have
- Experience in business analysis solution consulting or a similar client-facing role within financial services or a technology/SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with platform configuration or similar system design activities.
- Strong ability to runrequirements gatheringsessions engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Ability to provide structured product-aligned recommendations and explain solution options clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-quality documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success Product Engineering Support and Professional Services.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to deepen product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of financial services operations compliance workflows and client lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and change management processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory domains such as AML/KYC FATCA MiFID EMIR etc.
- Exposure to workflow tools rule engines or enterprise software platforms.
- Formal training or certification in business analysis (e.g. IIBA BCS).
- Proficiencyin a second language such as French Spanish or Italian isadvantageousbut not necessary
