Essential Duties:
- Provides subject matter expertise in Information Technologies.
- As a SETA the candidate will need to look at efforts objectively and provide independent assessments and recommendations.
- Provides IT expertise and represent customer/user needs during the development of architecture data reference models and architectural alternatives and products
- Provides support in the translation of mission requirements into IT service needs and requirements designs and orders
- Assemble acquisition documents for purchase request packages.
- Proactively evaluates new services and technologies and makes mission-focused impact and gap assessments Planning and coordinating an organizations Infrastructure strategic and long-range goals management concepts and business practices
- Assist with coordination analysis and execution of technical strategies to address changing DoD IT policies reforms and optimization efforts that could impact mission support.
Required Qualifications:
- High level of creativity and complexity to research and recommend solutions
- 16 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication technical writing and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle and rapid prototyping processes.
- Prior experience supporting USSOCOM SOF AT&L or other SOF components. (preferred).
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree
Certification: Current CompTIA Security
Required Clearance: TS/SCI Must be willing to take a CI polygraph
