Job Summary

Position: Cybersecurity Specialist

Location: New York NY - Onsite

Duration: Contract 12 Months

Interview Mode: 1-2 rounds first round will be MS Teams 2nd round may be Onsite(In person).

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented candidate who demonstrates strong commitment to operational excellence possesses technical proficiency in the deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions such as CyberArk.

The ideal candidate is well organized detail-oriented flexible at handling multiple assignments and meet deadlines with a safety mind set. This individual must also exercise good judgment and make sound business decisions. The applicant should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to produce design and procedural documentation and be a self-starter.

Must have the ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed. Must be able to provide off-hour on-call support as needed to support systems.

Must be willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours. Must have the means and be able to travel to various Company locations. Must have a valid drivers license.

There are in-person requirements for this job and post COVID working arrangements will require reporting to office locations.

Selected candidate will require passing of NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check

Key Responsibilities:

Work with others to implement new deployments of cybersecurity technologies such as CyberArk and other products.
Additionally assist other upgrade efforts on existing infrastructure equipment to support applications and cyber security growth.
Create documentation and procedures for day to day and major tasks as needed.
Determine and propose suggested architecture for system deployments.
Communicate and work with vendors and internal stakeholders on deployment of technology.
Configure and setup systems.
Create documentation and train others on the use of the new systems
Patch and maintain technology ability to follow up with stakeholders promptly.

Mandatory Experience:

Experience troubleshooting and support various aspects of CyberArk PAM.
Experience as a CyberArk Administrator.

Desirable Experience:

Experience with computer languages or scripting.
Experience with PowerShell.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact with personnel on all levels.
