Administrative Support Specialist

Arc of Onondaga is seeking detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialists to provide essential administrative and clerical support within our Front Desk and Residential Programs. These full-time positions play a key role in maintaining accurate financial administrative and database systems to ensure high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update administrative records systems and databases
Assist with financial tracking data entry and reporting for program operations
Communicate effectively and professionally with staff families and individuals supported
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence and interactions
Provide general office and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Prior administrative experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation for assignments throughout Onondaga County
