Job Summary
The Utility Person is flexible and adaptable able to assist where needed and respond to various operational needs.
- Person must be knife skilled on several jobs across the fabrication floor
- Knowledgeable of saw operation skills
- Be able to communicate with team members across the floor

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to work in a humid cold wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Previous knife experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Be attentive to detail
- Ability to work safely wear P.P.E and follow instructions
- Ability to attend work consistently
- Display strong work ethic

Summary
Americas Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor carcass chillers fabrication area rendering further processing area storage coolers freezers and loading docks.
