Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Caregiver to service clients in and around Las VegasSummerlin Henderson and Boulder area. The hours will vary depending on your availability and client needs. All shifts are 4-12 hours long. We do not have 2 hour shifts. Shifts are not is not a full-time hours will must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities including bathing dressing and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in clients health
• Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver)

Key Tasks:

• Accept shiftsthat are assigned to you on our app specialized for caregivers
• Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver)
• Transport yourself to assigned shifts by car bus lyft etc.
• Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app
• Clock in and clock out using our app for every shifton time
• Keep your credentials up to date and send them over email or text to keep your profile up to date
• Collaborate with facility staff client families and other caregivers who work with the same client to ensure the client is being cared for

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• CPR and PCA certification
• 2 step TB Test or Chest X-ray
• Physical
• Social Security Card
• Fingerprint Clearance/Background Check
• Valid drivers license
• Car Insurance & 3 year Driving History (if you are driver)
• Compassionate and patient attitude
