Job Summary
HRIS Analyst Oracle Payroll Projects
Newnan GA (100% Onsite)
Contract-to-Hire (Initial 6-month contract potential to convert to permanent)
Were hiring an HRIS Analyst to support a major Oracle ERP implementation focused on payroll and HR systems. This is a critical role based in Newnan GA working onsite 5 days a week. Youll collaborate closely with internal payroll teams IT and third-party consultants to manage payroll data migration weekly feeds and system upgrades. The organization is midway through phasing out legacy systems and transitioning to Oracle offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Oracle ERP implementation across HR and payroll systems
Lead data migration efforts and manage weekly payroll data feeds
Coordinate closely with internal IT and external consultants
Troubleshoot system issues and assist with upgrades
Translate business needs into system configurations and improvements
Must-Have Skills:
Experience with system upgrades and payroll data migration
Strong collaboration skills with IT and third-party consultants
Deep understanding of payroll workflows and weekly feed processes
Oracle ERP experience (strongly preferred)
Nice to Have:
Experience with Dayforce
Broader HRIS implementation background
Compensation: $3544/hour (contract) with target salary of $8095K if converted to full-time.
