Mid-Level Human Resources Business Partner

Company:

Boeings Human Resources team is currently seeking a Mid-Level Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Global Supply Chain and Systems Engineering (GSC&SE) organization in Everett WA. This position works with our Senior HRBPs to provide support to GSC&SE teammates.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with GSC&SE Sr. HRBPs to create talent strategies to enable our mission & develop robust talent pipelines
• Develop and deploy integrated Human Resources services processes and data analytics that drive business results including talent acquisition (staffing strategies and action plans); engagement development and retention initiatives; performance management and compensation; and succession planning and pipeline development
• Enable informed data-driven business decisions by providing robust workforce analytics trends and consultation
• Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement
• Coach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomes
• Partner with business leadership and colleagues across HR including Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and build relationships based on trust credibility and expertise

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Experience with executing strategies and action plans policies and procedures
• Experience developing solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
• Experience creating and presenting data-driven solutions to senior leaders
• Track record of establishing strong relationships through trust credibility expertise and business acumen
• Strong project management skills
• High degree of emotional intelligence and curiosity

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• 3 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
• 3 years of experience using data to make decisions
• 3 years of experience understanding business needs and creating functional solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business or related field
• 3 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with business leaders
• Experience with data analytics
• Experience in the aerospace and/or defense industry
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
