As a Recruiter supporting our High Voltage (PGHV) Americas manufacturing facilities in Mt. Pleasant PA and Richland MS youll be at the heart of our recruitment strategydriving impactful hiring decisions and building strong partnerships across the region. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Create sourcing plans to attract top talent
Maintain accurate records and reporting in Workday
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Support offboarding and conduct exit interviews
Your Background
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
5 years of progressive HR or recruitment experience
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to build strong internal partnerships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Strong communication organizational and analytical skills
