As a Test Analyst in the Consumer Prevention and Protection Portfolio youll coordinate and execute testing across the Terri Scheer websites and database systems. Youll ensure high-quality delivery of upgrades and provide technical support to users contributing to a seamless customer experience.

What Youll Do

Plan and execute end-to-end testing across multiple projects ensuring robust coverage and quality outcomes.
Design and run manual tests while exploring opportunities for automation.
Analyse business requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria and solution decisions.
Raise track and resolve defects escalating risks to ensure timely delivery.
Support system upgrades and releases including after-hours work when required.

Create user stories and specifications that support agile/waterfall delivery and customer-focused outcomes.

What Youll Bring

2 years experience in software testing and defect management.
Experience in technical support and working with high-availability systems.
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).
Ability to create test strategies plans and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of SQL Server and ability to run queries (desired).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
