Ag Lending Assistant - Mitchell First Dakota is hiring a full-time Ag Lending Assistant to join our Mitchell team. Greet and welcome visitors receive and distribute incoming calls receive and execute loan advances and payments from customers and other administrative duties. Prepares and executes funding of loan packages and documentation in accordance with establishment guidelines. Hours include Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Duties - Upload & fund new loans/complete new loan checklist
- Prepare loan setup sheets for new loans/renewals
- Pull Credit Bureau Reports UCC filings & Certificate of Good Standings
- Process Paid Loan Checklists
- Process loan advances
- Review & Process Insurance Declarations
- Receive/post payments
- Enter maintenance items
- Check back maintenance
- Enter officer comments in customer loan files
- Complete and update monthly tickler reports
- Complete and update outstanding items report monthly
- Act as receptionist by answering customer questions on phone/in person
- Attendance - regularly designated work shift required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Attributes include a positive attitude and good work ethic. The ability to process a variety of tasks accurately and efficiently the capability to maintain strict confidentiality attention to detail and comply with all Bank policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with various types of clientele co-workers and departments to resolve an assortment of needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Punctuality is a must. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
