Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Create maintain and validate procurement records (contracts POs supplier qualifications etc.).
Monitor and notify business owners of contract expirations in support of lead time performance goals.
Serve as a go-to resource for procurement process support and troubleshooting.
Manage and refresh intranet content including How-to guides and training materials.
Support data governance reporting and procurement enablement initiatives.
Assist with meeting documentation scheduling and ad hoc administrative tasks.

What You Bring

Familiarity with procurement systems (Oracle Fusion/Cloud ZipHQ etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel SharePoint PowerPoint Teams).
Strong attention to detail data accuracy and document management.
Certifications such as CPSM or CPOP are a plus.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80000-$96000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications and qualifications/experience.
