Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent preferred; Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education Management or related field required
- 10 years in business development marketing or education management
- Proven leadership of multi-team structures across different disciplines
- Experience in higher education or large-scale digital marketing is an advantage
- Strategic planning data analytics digital marketing leadership project management budget control and stakeholder engagement
- Visionary persuasive communicator empathetic leader resilient under pressure results-driven and adaptable
Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement long-term growth strategies to expand CIITs market presence increase student population and boost Specialist Program revenue
- Identify and penetrate new student markets through segmentation innovative campaigns partnerships and product diversification
- Position CIIT as a premier creative tech institution by elevating brand visibility reputation and digital footprint through cutting-edge marketing strategies public relations and thought leadership.
- Establish and grow corporate industry and alumni partnerships to unlock new revenue streams expand internship pipelines and strengthen CIITs influence in the education sector.
- Build a strong analytics culture across admissions marketing and branding teams. Leverage funnel data financial KPIs and campaign analytics for precision decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary bridge between growth-focused units and academic/administrative departments ensuring alignment of targets messaging and student experience.
- Develop high-performing teams by investing in leadership pipelines fostering accountability and creating a culture of innovation collaboration and resilience.
- Own revenue-generating strategies and oversee marketing enrollment and development budgets with a focus on efficiency sustainability and ROI maximization.
- Actively contribute to the Executive Committee advising on institutional growth priorities external opportunities and long-range strategic positioning.
