A World of Rewards:
- Salary up to 40000 (Basic salary:17.4/hour plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between 4500 - 5000). Based on a 39 hours contract

The hotel located in the heart of Westminster as well as 256 beautifully appointed bedrooms our outlets within the hotel offer its teams the opportunity to join exciting food and drink concepts with the standards and luxury service Conrad is famous for.
- The Blue Boar Pub opened May 2021 which is a contemporary take on a British pub
- The Hedgerow the hotels first cocktail bar which takes inspiration from the beauty of the traditional British countryside
- The Pem a glamourous and elegant restaurant in the centre of the hotel showcasing classic British cuisine using modern techniques
- The Orchard for afternoon teas and lighter meals
- The Executive Lounge an exclusive space dedicated to our most valued guests providing a higher level of luxury and personalized service.

A Junior Sous Chef is responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing food cost controls.
What will I be doing
- Contribute to menu creation
- Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
- Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
- Manage customer relations when necessary in the absence of the Junior Sous Chef
- Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
- Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team
- Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
- Knowledge of activities in other departments and implications
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
