Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives and designers
Foster a collaborative high-performance culture focused on creativity and results
CRM & Customer Engagement
Oversee CRM strategy and execution including segmentation lifecycle campaigns and personalisation
Drive customer retention and loyalty through targeted communications
Onsite Product Optimisation
Collaborate with product team to improve product presentation and conversion
Analyse performance data to inform content layout and promotional strategies
Creative Direction
Lead ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
Ensure brand consistency and innovation in all creative assets
Marketing Calendar Management
Own the planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendar
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and seasonal moments
Performance & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and campaign performance providing actionable insights
Continuously test learn and optimise for improved ROI
About You
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in eCommerce marketing ideally within retail or consumer goods
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in CRM platforms and customer journey mapping
Solid understanding of onsite merchandising and conversion optimisation
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling
Excellent project management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
