JOB OBJECTIVE
Sportsdigita is looking for a Client Project Manager who is passionate about customer success to add to our this role you will be responsible for service delivery and onboarding projects for our clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee all aspects of service delivery to ensure excellent client outcomes including the management of onboarding creative projects and integrations.
- Lead and optimize the service queue from discovery to scoping of services maintaining a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Designers Solutions Team Trainers and Customer Success Managers to align our services with customer goals and ensure all unique success criteria are met.
- Utilize data and reports to monitor service delivery performance identify dependencies and risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive engagement and communication advocating for client needs throughout the service process.
- Drive continuous improvement in our service delivery and operational processes to achieve repeatable excellence and elevate customer experiences.
- Partner closely with the sales team to tailor services and deliver personalized client experiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in project management onboarding or service delivery roles preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage and improve service delivery processes with a strong focus on customer success.
- Excellent customer service skills with a keen attention to detail and operational rigor.
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills committed to driving exceptional client experiences.
- Technical proficiency and a proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Leadership skills with the capability to manage meetings and interact effectively with all organizational levels.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and challenges.
- Rigorous attention to detail and a systematic approach to customer-centric planning.
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and inspire teamwork.
- Some travel may be required.
