Role overview
Were looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support the Australian Volunteers this dynamic role you will be the primary contact for procurement and provide high-level support across our program-wide operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations streamlining procurement processes and supporting effective delivery of key organisational initiatives.

Position Requirements
This role will suit someone with:
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement management including developing and implementing procurement processes ensuring adherence to Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines and DFAT compliance requirements.
- Proven high level organisational project coordination and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in program administration and coordination with a focus on delivering business improvement projects compliance management and supporting government-funded programs such as DFAT-funded initiatives.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce) along with strong technical skills in data management and reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization including senior management clients contractors and international partners.
- Strong written communication skills with experience in drafting reports briefings proposals and executive summaries that meet high professional standards.
- Understanding or previous experience of child protection PSEAH or fraud incident management.
- A demonstrated commitment to preventing sexual exploitation abuse and harassment
- (PSEAH) child protection and privacy principles with the ability to apply these principles across program operations and stakeholder interactions.
- Relevant post-secondary qualifications in business administration international development or related fields with a solid understanding of procurement management and coordination
