As a Work Preparator you will play a critical role in creating clear and useful technical documentation for our production department. Our client is a global player in smart material handling solutions specializing in conveyor systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will gather information from subject matter experts engineers and other stakeholders to produce accurate and user-friendly technical content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering team to understand product features specifications and functionalities.
- Create clear concise and accurate technical production documentation with help of our ERP & MS Excel tolling.
- Gather information from engineers and create technical information easily understandable for end-users with help of our ERP & MS Excel tolling.
- Ensure that the technical documentation is aligned to the company standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with the team including engineering and product management to gather information and ensure timely delivery of documentation.
Job requirements
What we look for:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
- GOOD written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
- Familiarity with engineering concepts principles and drawings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new technical skills.
- Proficiency in English.
