Job Summary
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Maths ECT to join a thriving secondary school in Essex rated Ofsted Outstanding. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career teacher to develop professionally within a supportive and high-achieving environment. You will teach Mathematics across KS3 to KS5 engaging students through creative teaching methods that promote problem-solving logical reasoning and curiosity for the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging well-structured lessons across KS3KS5.
Encourage a positive attitude to learning and build mathematical confidence.
Assess monitor and track student progress to ensure high achievement.
Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment activities such as Maths Challenges and clubs.
Participate in school-wide CPD and mentoring programmes.

About You:
A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
PGCE or equivalent with QTS (or pending).
