A well-regarded secondary school in Oxford is recruiting a Maths Early Career Teacher to join its Maths department from January 2026. This role is ideal for an ECT who wants to develop confidence subject knowledge and classroom practice within a calm and aspirational school environment.

Experience and Qualifications
QTS (or pending QTS) in Mathematics
A degree in Maths or a closely related subject
Strong subject knowledge and a willingness to learn

Salary
Paid to scale (MPS) on a permanent contract.
