Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes throughout the Carlinville area. This position focuses on supporting patients and families through personalized high-quality care while promoting comfort and dignity in a home setting.
Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments developing and implementing individualized care plans managing symptoms administering medications and coordinating care with the hospice team. The nurse will also provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)

Current BLS and CPR certification (training available if not current)

Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (start and end times may vary). Includes one to two weekend on-call shifts per month (either 8 AM to 5 PM or 5 PM to 8 AM depending on staffing) with additional stipends for on-call coverage. Two holidays per year (one summer one winter) and three floating holidays.
