About the Role
Were seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with deep expertise in and TypeScript to design and deliver domain-driven event-aware microservices powering customer-facing digital experiences.
Youll be coding most of the time (70%) mentoring engineers shaping architecture decisions and driving production-grade reliability in a cloud-native ecosystem.

What Youll Do
Architect and develop domain-driven microservices in (Express Fastify or NestJS).
Define API contracts and standards (OpenAPI/Swagger pagination error handling resiliency).
Build and scale greenfield systems covering data models event streams CI/CD and observability.
Ensure production excellence - SLOs monitoring dashboards alerts and incident response.
Collaborate across web mobile data and ops teams to deliver end-to-end digital capabilities.
Communicate proactively with leadership raising visibility into progress risks and trade-offs.
Champion code quality peer reviews and technical mentorship to elevate team practices.
Anticipate scaling reliability and cost optimization opportunities ahead of time.

What Youll Bring
8 years in backend engineering with 3 years leading product engineering teams.
Proven delivery of domain-driven microservices at scale using Strong grasp of DDD event-driven patterns sagas outbox and circuit breakers.
Deep understanding of OAuth2/OIDC secure APIs and production-grade deployments.
Experience running workloads in Kubernetes with observability best practices.
Excellent communicator with a bias for action and ownership through delivery.

Bonus Points
Telecom provisioning or identity experience.
Knowledge of API gateways (Apigee/Kong) rate limiting or multi-tenant designs.
Cloud cost optimization performance tuning or autoscaling strategies.
