Job Summary
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Sales & Technical Services to join our team in our
Delhi/Vadodara this position you will be involved in sales and technical services of
Catalysts/Adsorbents for Specialty Chemicals or applications working closely with customers and
internal stakeholders to enhance sales in the Specialties segment This role requires
strong technical skills chemistry knowledge and application support.

Roles and Responsibilities
Interact with customers to understand their current and upcoming requirements. Identify new
applications opportunities in specialty chemicals/pharma/new energy sectors
Identify potential clients through research networking and cold calling/e-mails
Build relationships with customers at all levels
Coordinate with R&D/QA and customers for samples submission optimization and approvals
Technical support to customers for trials and qualification of SCILs products
Analyse market trends and competitor activities
Conduct literature search market research to identify new opportunities
Support in preparation of sales budget business plans
Interact with customers to understand their current and upcoming requirements. Identify new
