Job Summary
Position Title: Safety Supervisor
Location: Saravali
Department: EHS (Environment Health & Safety)
Reports To: Safety Manager / Production Head
CTC : 8-10 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations company
policies and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and
recommend corrective actions.
Provide daily safety briefings and toolbox talks to site teams and contractors.
Investigate accidents incidents and near misses; prepare reports and
recommend preventive measures.
Maintain safety records permits and compliance documentation.
Coordinate safety drills PPE checks and emergency preparedness activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety/Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction manufacturing or
engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of Factory Act and local safety standards.
Excellent communication leadership and reporting skills.
