Job Summary

Job Description:

Perform Oracle standalone & RAC patching on periodic basis.
Ensure defined SLAs are met.
Perform 1st level troubleshooting in case of any issue encountered during activities.
Coordinate with Oracle team for escalation and resolution of L2 level issues.
Perform CA Closures and maintain track of open points.
Perform patching of Oracle DBs in different segments ie. On-prim Cloud etc..
