Job Summary

5 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM prepare design proposals to reflect cost time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
Leads the design and development of at least one asset accelerator offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules
Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
Developed and customized user interfaces using Oracle Redwood design principles
Experience in VBCS Studio with JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3
